Who We Are
TO LOVE AND LIVE LIKE JESUS
That is the purpose of Countryside Christian Church. We do this best when we worship together, study the Bible in group settings and serve others. We believe telling others about Jesus and loving them with a Christ-like love will change the world.
At Countryside, you will find a church on a mission to build each other up and reach out to our community. We strive to do this through Bible-centered preaching, teaching, community service, and exciting and educational youth programs and more.

Countryside Christian Church
Mission and Doctrine
Mission: Countryside Christian Church exists to make and grow disciples of Jesus Christ. As Christians, and as a Christian Church, we want to love and live like Jesus.
We are a Christian church that proudly identifies as Christians only, adhering solely to the teachings of Jesus. Our unwavering commitment to the Bible shapes our identity as a Bible church, striving to follow the New Testament church’s pattern. We recognize Christ as our ultimate leader and Savior, with no creed other than our faith in Him. As a non-denominational church, decisions are made collectively by the congregation under the oversight of local elders, free from external governing bodies. More specifically, we believe. . .
Bible: The Bible is the Word of God written by authors inspired by God and inerrant in its original language. We affirm the authority of Scripture above all else, including creeds, counsels, or any human authority. (John 1:1, 4, 18; 14:26; 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
God: We believe there is One God, the creator of the universe who eternally exists in three persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19 20; John 14:26)
Jesus: We believe that Jesus is God’s one and only Son, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, voluntarily died on the cross, rose from the dead on the third day, ascended to heaven and will return to earth to establish eternity. (John 1:1-18; Philippians 2:1-11)
Holy Spirit: We believe that the Holy Spirit is active, providing power for the Christian to overcome sin, serve Christ, give insight into the Bible and provide direction for life. (Luke 11:13; John 16:13; Acts 1:8)
Salvation: We believe that the human being is eternal and will live forever after death. Those who die and are separated from God will be cast from His presence for all eternity. Those who are saved will be with God for all eternity.
To be saved, one believes in Jesus as Savior, repents of sin and then responds by being baptized (by immersion). (John 3:16; Acts 2:38; Romans 3:23, 6:23 and 10:9; Galatians 3:27)
The Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ on earth that exists to worship God, serve Him with our lives and to grow as followers of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 16:18)
